The agreement is concluded between Mustermann GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Telekom), Musterstrasse 1, 12345 Musterstadt, Germany and the customer.
§2 Subject matter of the agreement
The following terms and conditions, in conjunction with the German Telecommunications Act, set forth the terms governing customer use of Mustermann's HotSpot within a certain range of selected locations that are publicly accessible. HotSpot, Mustermann's Public WLAN service, provides customers with wireless Internet access.
$3 Establishment of the agreement
Unless otherwise stipulated by a separate arrangement, the agreement shall be deemed established upon receipt of the or-der confirmation, or at the latest upon provision of the service by Mustermann GmbH.
