Damit die Systeminformationen ausgelesen werden können, muss in den Geräte-Eigenschaften zwingend die Option Prüfen bevorzugt mittels TFTP durchführen (schneller) aktiv sein (Standard-EinstellungTo read out the system information, the option Prefer 'check' via TFTP (faster) must be active in the device settings as well as in the global settings (default setting).

Anpassung der Protokolle in den LANconfig-Einstellungen:
Die verwendeten Protokolle können in LANconfig global für alle Geräte in dem Menü Extras → Optionen → Kommunikation angepasst werden. Werden einzelne Protokolle deaktiviert, stehen diese anschließend nicht mehr für das Auslesen des Geräte-Status oder das manuelle Hinzufügen zur Auswahl bereit.

Modifying the protocols in the LANconfig settings:
The used protocols can be globally modified for all devices in LANconfig in the menu Tools → Options → Communikation. If individual protocols are deactivated, these these cannot be used for reading out the device status and manually adding a device anymore.
