WLAN LED blinking red: Hardware error in the Wi-Fi module

There are two additional LEDs on the top side of the device: 

• Left LED: Power
• Right LED: WLAN Link

LED blinking characteristics of the Power LED on the top side:

• orange / green blinking alternately with the WLAN Link LED: The access point is searching for a WLAN Controller (default setting of the Wi-Fi module "Managed")
• orange / red blinking alternately with the WLAN Link LED: The access point is managed by a WLAN Controller but the WLAN profile cannot be obtained because the Firmware and/or Loader version of the access points aren't compatible with the WLAN Controller 
• 1 x green inverse blinking: The LMC is reachable but there is an issue within the LMC (theoretical problem which should never arise)
• 2 x green inverse blinking: Pairing error or activation code doesn't exist
• 3 x green inverse blinking: LMC not reachable or communication error

LED blinking characteristics of the WLAN Link LED on the top side in mode "Managed" and "Access point":

• Glowing green permanently: Wi-Fi module active
• 1 x Langsam grün blinkend: Ein WLAN-Teilnehmer hat sich verbunden (Signalstärke gut)Mehrfach grün blinkend: Zählt im Standard die Anzahl der verbundenen WLAN-Teilnehmerblinking green: A Wi-Fi device has connected (good signal quality)
• Blinking green multiple times: Counts the number of connected Wi-Fi devices (default setting)

LED blinking characteristics of the WLAN-Link LED on the top side in the mode "Station":

• Blinking green slowly : Good signal quality to base station
• Blinking green fast: Bad signal quality to base station 
• blinking green Slowly : Signalstärke zur Basis-Station gut
• Schnell grün blinkend: Signalstärke zur Basis-Station schwach

• orange / rot blinkend im Wechsel mit der red blinking alternately with the WLAN Link LED: Der Access Point wird von einem WLAN-Controller verwaltet, der Profil-Bezug schlägt allerdings fehl, da Firmware und/oder Loader-Version des Access Points nicht mit dem WLAN-Controller kompatibel sind
• 1 x invers grün blinkend: Die LMC ist erreichbar, es besteht aber ein Problem in der LMC (theoretisches Problem, das niemals auftreten sollte)
• 2 x invers grün blinkend: Pairing-Fehler bzw. LMC-Aktivierungscode nicht vorhanden
• 3 x invers grün blinkend: LMC nicht erreichbar bzw. Kommunikationsfehler

LED-Blink-Verhalten der WLAN-Link LED auf der Oberseite im Modus "Managed" und "Basisstation":

• orange/grün blinkend: Der Access Point sucht nach einem WLAN-Controller (Standard-Einstellung des WLAN-Moduls "Managed")
• Dauerhaft grün leuchtend: WLAN-Modul 1 aktiv
• 1 x Langsam grün blinkend: Ein WLAN-Teilnehmer hat sich verbunden (Signalstärke gut)
• Mehrfach grün blinkend: Zählt im Standard die Anzahl der verbundenen WLAN-Teilnehmer
