This article describes how to set up the VPN bypass feature in the Advanced VPN Client.
The VPN bypassfeature allows certain applications to communicate with the Internet or to access specific target domains without routing that data through the VPN tunnel.

You can operate either the feature split tunnelingor the VPN bypassfeature, but not both together.
1) In the Advanced VPN Client, navigate to Configuration
-> VPN
→ VPN bypass.

2) Adda new entry.

3) Give the entry a meaningful nameand create a new Bypass rule.
In this example, the browser “Chrome” is allowed to communicate with the Internet.

4) Open you the menu Configuration
-> Profiles
→ Profiles.

5) In the appropriate VPN profile, go to the item Split tunneling, open up the drop down menu under VPN bypass list, and select the bypass rule created in step 3.
