Description:
This document describes how to change the language setting in LANconfig and LANmonitor/WLAN monitor.
Requirements:
- LANtools as of version 7.80 (download latest version)
- LCOS as of version 7.80 (download latest version)
Procedure:
LANconfig:
1) In LANconfig select the menu option Tools -> Options... and then the menu Application. This is where you can select dialog language for the LANconfig user interface (GUI).
2) The user interface interface language is usually selected according to the language of the computer's operating system. However, you can change the displayed language here should you have another preference.
3) Changes to the language setting only come into effect after restarting LANconfig.

LANmonitor/WLANmonitor:
1) In LANconfig select the menu option Tools -> Options... and then the dialog Application. This is where you can select the language for the LANmonitor and also for the WLANmonitor user interface (GUI).
2) The user interface interface language is usually selected according to the language of the computer's operating system. However, you can change the displayed language here should you have another preference.

Notes:
- Both applications must be restarted for changes to the language settings to become effective.
- If the language setting for both applications was changed, the last selected setting will be used.
