3) Manual firmware upload in LANconfig: 3.1) Download the firmware from the download area and save it to your PC. 3.2) Mark the device in LANconfig, right-click on the device and, in the context menu, select Firmware management → Upload new firmware.

Optionally the new firmware can be started in test mode. If the firmware isn't set active within a certain time (default is 5 minutes) the old firmware is activated again. If the device is reachable after the reboot, LANconfig displays a message where you can activate the firmware in test mode. Image Modified
As an alternative you can also activate the firmware by accessing the menu Firmware Management in the context menu of the device and executing the command Activate Firmware running in Test Mode. Image Modified

6) Firmware update via the LANCOM Management Cloud: Devices managed by the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) can receive firmware updates via the LMC. 6.1) Login to the LMC and click on Devices. 6.2) Mark the device to be updated, click on the three dots in the upper right corner, and select Firmware update. |
