access to our Known Issues database is only possible with user account and is reserved exclusively for LANcommunity partners & contract customers (LANcare Direct or LANcare Premium).
All employees of LANcommunity partners & contract customers (LANcare Direct or LANcare Premium) who have an active user account for the LANCOM Support Portal can access the database.
Please use the same access data that you use to log in to the Support Portal.
