Administrators of LMC organisations can download detailed billing information on the use of LTA and SPLA licences as a *.csv file in the "SPLA usage details" tab in the administration of an organisation.
This document explains the meaning of the columns in the downloaded file.
Meaning of the columns:
| Column | Meaning |

| project_name | The name of the project to which this item refers. |
| project_identifier | The unique identifier of the project (available under "Project → Management → Properties"). |
| site_name | If it is a device-related licence, the location of the device is specified here. |
| device_serial | If it is a device-related licence, the serial number of the device is specified here. |
| device_name | If it is a device-related licence, the name of the device is entered here. |
| device_model | If it is a device-related licence, the model of the device is specified here. |
| license_type | The type of licence (either SPLA or CLA). |
| license_category | The name of the licence. |
| license_count | The number of licence positions. This information is relevant for user-related LTA licences, for example. |
| start | The start time of a licence. For licences in SPLA, this is normally the start time of the billing month or the time at which the device is included in the calculation. For device licences in CLA, the time of the last licence renewal is used. |
| end | The end time of the licence. Is used for device licences that were removed from the project within the billing period. |
